That is not a fault of the ISO. Rufus sometimes has issues with these ISO's, so that's why I also included ventoy with the download, which works far better imo than rufus, and far easier to use.
So I'd suggest trying that.

How to bypass TPM and RAM requirement from the ISO file? Tried with NTLite in boot.wim and main iso but didn't work with WiN11 23H3

As said in a PM to you: Bypasses have already been done on this ISO. Either use rufus or ventoy and copy to a usb, and clean install the OS.
