I'm attempting to update my real Windows 11 system to this and it is complaining about it requiring TPM 2.0

this is meant as a regular full install not for updating your current install.

does not install on old pc
pc processor critical functionality POPCNT
pc processor critical feature SSE4.2
the pc must support secure boot
hp 7900 workstion xeon processor
please help thank you

it means your processor is too old to run this version of windows as your processor must have those features and functionalities to run this version. I would recommend using windows 10 enterprise ltsc as support for it ends in 2029

I think it would be a good idea to edit your post with the following advisory about 24H2 needing full processor SSE4.2 (POPCNT) support, otherwise you will have errors installing / running Windows 11 24H2.

How to bypass TPM and RAM requirement from the ISO file? Tried with NTLite in boot.wim and main iso but didn't work with WiN11 23H3

It would be a great help if you can give me the soultion of the process, by which you bypass requirements in this ISO.........................

tpm is already bypassed which is why it says no tpm required. to bypass further requirements such as ram and microsoft account if you use rufus to put it on a thumb drive it has options to disable those requirements

well you don't need to bypass tpm from the iso as it's already bypassed. to bypass the ram requirements in rufus you should get a popup after clicking start should look something like the below image
