go to C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Local\StartIsBack
or go to C:\program files\StartIsBack
and open StartIsBackCfg with Restorator or with resource hacker
Default StartIsBack Icon you can find as
StartIsBackCfg\Icon\MAINICON
How to change StartIsBack Blur and Clear Icons
go to C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Local\StartIsBack
or go to C:\program files\StartIsBack
and open StartIsBackCfg with Restorator or with resource hacker
Default StartIsBack Blur and Clear Icons you can find as
StartIsBackCfg\Icon\ZBLURMORE
StartIsBackCfg\Icon\ZBLURMOST
StartIsBackCfg\Icon\ZBLUROFF
StartIsBackCfg\Icon\ZBLURON
How to change, add or remove StartIsBack Start Orbs

open StartIsBackCfg\Appearance and click on +
add your Start Orb supported images is PNG and bmp
How to change, add or remove StartIsBack Start Orbs manually
go to C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Local\StartIsBack\Orbs
or go to C:\program files\StartIsBack\Orbs
copy or remove Start Orbs from this directory
How to replace StartIsBack Start Orbs permanently
go to C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Local\StartIsBack\Orbs
or go to C:\program files\StartIsBack\Orbs
open file Windows 7.orb with Restorator or with resource hacker
Default StartIsBack Start Orbs you can find as

Windows 7.orb\Bitmap\6806

Windows 7.orb\Bitmap\6808

How to replace Start Orb permanently in the theme .msstyle file
open your theme .msstyle with Restorator or with resource hacker
.msstyle file\IMAGE\956

If someone do not have Restorator then can replace default Start Orb with Windows Style Builder here
