sorry for my English during the installation it asks me to enter an email address, after the update phase, but when I enter the hotmail address it doesn't work... and it's the address of my microsoft store

Sorry but you are doing something wrong.
No email address is being asked during the installation only to add your username and a password if you want too............
Have you removed the autounattend.xml file
Even you had you can procced as usual
