Edit: I have tested other build OS of win11 and that came out OK upon installation.

@PasMater 7tsp doesnt seem to work in this beautiful smooth build. It has always worked till now with other builds. But somehow in this build it gives error "sorry 7tsp only works on windows se7en." This is 7tsp 2019. Any idea sir?
