How to convert a file into an ISO image Ghost
Norton Ghost is a program that backs up your computer system, which allows you to restore your computer to a previous state. This means that if your computer crashes or a virus is placed in the computer you can easily return to a state of full operation. Norton does Ghost system creating a file. This file can be converted to an ISO file, which can then be copied to a disk or mounted as a virtual drive.
Instructions
Nero 9 Lite
Download and install Nero 9 Lite. The link to the free download is below.
Open Nero and click on "Data Recording" to open the Nero Burning ROM. Click the "Destination Drive" drop-down box and select "Image Recorder". Click the "Browse" button and choose a location to save the ISO file. Click "Save" to verify location.
Click the "Add" button and find your file ghost. Select it and click "Open" to load it into Nero Click "Copy" and the ISO file will be created.
Imgburn
Download and install "Imgburn" from the link below. This program is free and is very similar to Nero.
Click "Create image file from files or folders." Find the ghost file and drag it to the open window of ImgBurn. This will load the file into the program.
Click on the icon "Destination" and select a location to save the ISO file. Once selected, click "Save" to verify location. Click the green arrow to start the conversion process.
