Oh boy, this will get complicated but here we go... I assume you know how to handle the ChromeOS images, if not google is your friend.

* Visit the link below:
https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/serving-builds?deviceCategory=ChromeOS

* You will see something like this:

chrome-6t-Lf-Hs-RQbz.jpg

* On the search area type the brand name of your Chromebook, (in your case Acer) and press enter
* Click the "view" buttons till you find the right model
* Check the Stable column (125 in this case) I would not suggest Beta (126) or Canary (127) but if you feel lucky...
* Click on the recovery image of the same Row as your Chromebook

Note, if you don't have a Chromebook, but a generic laptop you will need the ChromeOS Flex
Other than that we are a torrent site, not a ChromeOS support site, and I can't really expand further, you will have to do your own (re)search

(I bet windows update looks a LOT better now doesn't it?)

Hope it helped.

Get out Of Town, are you kidding me, you've been all i needed. thank you.
Here its what I'm trying to do.
Put a Chrome os on a NUC with plenty of power to install Kody and fubo tv.
fireTV sticks and any tv are lame. so slow and powerless.

You guided me to the correct place thank you. any advice? I do have NUC's with windows but have to use the browser and want apps.
Any Advice?
