torrent seeding doesnot show on here , can't download

i am trying to seed the apps downloaded but it doesnot show in here i am seeding anything , also i am trying to download another torrent and qbittorrent shows it as stalled

so how can i fix it ?

I just saw you are from Egypt. Sadly torrents are often blocked and there is nothing much you or we can do about that. You can use a VPN JUST FOR TORRENTING (Not while browsing).

I wish there was a better answer.

Thank you Cyler for the replay , but i've downloaded both torrents yesterday and they worked fine , is it possible to work and then get blocked ?

i have noticed that Kaspersky is blocking some js file when i am browsing here , is that might be the problem ?

Your image does not show the tracker URL but the tracker unreachable error message supports Cyler's theory.
It looks like a problem in Egypt that is beyond our control, and yours.

Not every Egyptian has this problem and it is quite possible that the blocking comes and goes. It may depend on your location and/or the ISP that you use.

EDIT

It's not an anti-virus issue. You are not connecting to our tracker so you can't download anything for Kaspersky to interfere with.
